Importation Hunting Trophy to USA

In preparation for the importation to the USA through USFWS, the following documents are required.

1. Hunting contract signed: Requested for USFWS. This contract must be between you (the hunter) and the owner of the ranch (not the one with your outfitter)

2. Power of Attorney (POA): A Power of Attorney is required to conduct customs business on your behalf. This is a CBP regulation. This letter needs to be notarized.

3. Passport. Clear copy, if you take a picture it must be without flash.

4. CITES. Is an international certificate required for endangered species.

Conditions of Hunting Trophy

- It has to be taxidermy clean

- Cape clean, salted, free or any ticks, dry but flexible for inspection

- Antlers/Horns clean
